Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions.

International Shipping

For international customers (outside the UK):

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • We cannot declare packages as “gifts” or reduce their value
  • Delivery times may vary based on your local postal service

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BOSS Store purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Be in the original packaging with all accessories
  • Not be final sale items

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All other products (Jeans, Polo Shirts, Shirts, Shorts, and T-Shirts) are eligible for returns.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days – Email [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Package your item – Securely pack the item with all original tags and packaging
  4. Ship your return – Send to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after approval (depending on your bank)
  • For exchanges, replacement items ship within 2 business days of approval

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
