At BOSS Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium menswear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include any accessories or free gifts that came with it
  • Not be a final sale item (see exceptions below)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All other products in our collection (Jeans, Polo Shirts, Shirts, Shorts, and T-Shirts) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we’ll process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 3-5 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Exchanges will be shipped within 2 business days of approval, using the same shipping method as your original order

International Returns

For customers outside the UK (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” or reduce their declared value
  • Return shipping times may vary depending on your location

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
